Accessibility

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Jess (operated by Ghostify) is committed to making our website, dashboard, and product usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnification.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and equivalent laws. We test against these guidelines and treat accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project.

What we've done

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never “finished.” We continue to test with assistive technologies and address issues as we find them or as they're reported to us. Some content delivered through third parties (for example, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or connected tools) is outside our direct control, and we work within each platform's accessibility capabilities.

Reporting a problem

If you encounter any barrier using Jess, or need information in a different format, please tell us — we take these reports seriously and will work with you on a fix or an alternative. Email josh@tryjess.com with the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
